Yoga in the Park is a free session of Yoga amoungst nature. We’ll be heading into our 6th year of these sessions, and this season we’ve invited some of our talented friends to co-host and join the fun!
As always everyone is welcome to our Yoga in the Park session, so bring your mat, comfy clothes, a drink bottle and all your friends. We do usually have a few spare mats to borrow, however limited so best to come early if you don’t have your own.
We always have a donation box at the sessions. This season we’re inviting our yoga buddies to pick a chairty for each session, with this months donations going to the SPCA. (Thank you to everyone who donated last month. We raised over $100 for the SPCA!)
If you want to know more before our March session, we’d love to hear from you:
No need to register, but if you are able to hit the ‘Attend’ button on Facebook so we can estimate numbers 🙂
See you all on the 18th of March x
