6 weeks of Zen

Enjoy 55 minutes of rejuvenating breath work, strengthening and lengthening postures, followed by softer restorative stretching. The final 20 minutes of class is dedicated to total relaxation as Hannah guides a deep and healing Yoga Nidra meditation.​​ Each class will be themed around a different energy centre in the body.

$25 for a drop-in class or $120 for the full 6 weeks.

Stella’s Yin Yoga Journeys are a unique intuitive healing blend which opens gates to resistance, numbness and tension. We allow to become witness to the surfacing and shedding of the cellular body. Stella has 500+ hours experience guiding Yin Yoga meditations. Intentional touch through Zen Shiatsu and Massage may be applied and Energy balancing given during a session.

Crystal Singing Bowl Healing and Aromatherapy are paired with ancient Yoga wisdom. Each session has its unique blend of intuitive healing. Expect a deep understanding to be with all that life has caused you to become.

Yoga In The Park

Yoga In The Park

Join us once a month for a free yoga session in the park. It’s all about getting back to nature, centering your body and mind ready for the week ahead. What better way than with an outdoor yoga session with a great group of people. This will be our 7th year of Yoga in the Park! We do so love to share yoga outdoors. There is something so right about yoga and nature. As it’s meant to be.

In 2018 we shared the love with some of our brilliant Yogi friends. Each month we featured an amazing Auckland Yogi. Don’t forget to follow us on Facebook to see who is teaching each month.

Zen Men (W6)

Zen Men

A 6 week course especially for men, covering yoga, stress management and mindfulness. Each week we will build on a yoga practice, as well as introduce useful techniques and topics to assist in viewing life with fresh eyes.

In these sessions we will cover postures and Yoga stretches that are specifically useful for men. Learn how simply changing your breathing can change the way you feel. And look at changing perspective on key aspects in life.
