A morning of meditation exploration
Our meditation community has been steadily growing and we are really feeling a sense of connection and expansion. As we begin to delve deeper, our small sessions together at times feel too short, and we often wish we could linger in that state of meditation for longer or go deeper into our expanded awareness. Offering this opportunity of further expansion we are holding space for a morning of meditation exploration at Pranabar.
What to expect:
Start your day bright and early with a Dr Joe inspired pineal gland meditation. We will begin at 5.30am, this time of day supports a deeper connection as we are still influenced by the melatonin production of our sleep state. After a light breakfast break, the day commences from 8:00am with two 50 minute sits, these are lightly guided meditations. The encouragement is for your own alignment and focus. We will complete our session with a restorative Yoga Nidra session to solidify your morning practice.
Why join us for a morning of meditation exploration?
It is not always possible to take a week or 10 days out of our lives to attend a retreat and connect through meditation. This short but profound morning session will give a taste of an extended retreat and offer tools in times of uncertainty.
You are welcome to attend from 8:00am if you do not wish to partake in the pineal gland meditation.
This offering is by donation as it is my offering to our global connected community.
