While Sankalpananda (Wendy) and the Evolve team are the primary facilitators at Pranabar, we have a wonderful community of like-minded individuals and groups sharing this space. Explore new wellness teachings and techniques in an inclusive, positive environment through our weekday 6 week courses.
Zenmen: Mondays 6:30PM – 8:00PM
Starts 6th March
A 6 week course covering yoga, stress management and mindfulness. Each week we build on a manageable yoga practice, as well as introduce useful techniques and topics to assist in viewing life with fresh eyes. Zenmen – A space where men can explore the benefits of yoga, mindfulness and meditation in a group environment. A space to discuss and ask questions and develop and discover tools to make life an enjoyable, stress free and connected experience.
Reconnection through Tibetan Yoga & Meditation: Wednesdays 6:30pm – 7:45pm
6th February – 13th March 2019 (drop ins welcome)
An introduction to Tibetan Yoga and Meditation suitable for beginners. For anyone interested in developing balance and well-being in their lives. It is a gentle healing system, which relieves stress, transforms negative patterns, and helps us to be balanced and healthy. It increases our enjoyment and appreciation of life and heals both our bodies and minds, bringing their energies together to function smoothly and harmoniously. Based on Tibetan teachings for living in harmony with physical and universal laws, this practice develops our ability to heal and energize our entire being. It teaches us what it means to just be. The practice includes stillness, movement, postures, breathing exercises, self-massage, chanting and visualization.

Enliven Your Energy with Dee of Ashram Yoga

This four week course offers you the opportunity to learn how to tap into the inherent energetic potential lying latent or undiscovered within you. Our breath contains the capacity to support and increase our vitality! We will meet weekly for 4 weeks to create energetic flow and physical release, learning specific combinations of pranayama (breathing practice) techniques to develop understanding and to support your life rhythm. As well as offer a gateway of potential to deepen your meditation practice.
